At Browns Garage, we utilise state-of-the-art CNC plasma cutting technology for high precision, repeatable cuts. Our Swift Cut CNC plasma table has a cutting bed of 1200x1200mm and can cut sheet metal up to 16mm thick. With full CAD/CAM integration, we can work from your CAD files or drawings to generate optimised toolpaths based on the required parts.

The accuracy and cut quality of our CNC plasma is comparable to laser cutting, but at a fraction of the cost. Plasma’s high heat input makes it ideal for cutting thicker or stronger metals where other processes may struggle. This makes it a versatile and cost-effective solution for a range of applications beyond automotive work.

Potential uses for our plasma cutting services include metal fabrication – cutting parts for frames, enclosures, brackets, etc, architectural/construction – Cutting and shaping decorative metal panels, custom signage and lettering, artistic metal sculptures and designs and short-run production.

  Excellent service from start to finish. Darren diagnosed and fixed a tricky issue with my wing mirror that could easily have become an expensive replacement, but instead he identified the actual fault and repaired it swiftly.   A big thank you to Darren today. Turned up last minute with a flat tyre and a dodgy wheel bolt that wouldn’t come off.
